Payment for Pre-order and Post-Payment
At BotanicBridge we offer the option to pre-order (order a plant that is not yet in stock) or pay afterwards via Klarna:

Pre-order : If you order a plant that is temporarily out of stock, you can pay as soon as your order is shipped. You will receive an email as soon as your product is back in stock and we will send it to you immediately.

Pay Later with Klarna : Choose Klarna as your payment method and pay for your order after receiving your plants. This gives you time to inspect your plants and make sure everything is to your liking.
Payment in installments
With Klarna we also offer the option to pay in installments , so you can pay for your order in parts. This can be useful for larger orders. The installment payment is available for orders above a certain amount, and the details will be provided to you during the checkout process.
Invoice and Payment Reminder
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice with the details of your purchase and the total amount. If you choose to pay later with Klarna, the invoice will be automatically emailed to you, and you can arrange the payment at your leisure. Klarna will send you reminders when the payment deadline is approaching.
When will my payment be processed?
- iDEAL : Payment is processed immediately, so your order is processed straight away.
- Credit Card : Payment is processed almost immediately. You will receive confirmation of payment once it has been approved.
- PayPal : Payment is processed immediately, and you will receive an instant confirmation.
- Pay Later with Klarna : You will receive the invoice after your order has been shipped, and you can arrange payment within the specified period.
- Bancontact : Payment is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation.
