Packaging of your Order

At BotanicBridge we attach great importance to the care of our packaging. We understand that you want to receive your plants in perfect condition, and that is why we provide the best packaging:

  • Robust and Sustainable Packaging : We use sturdy boxes and recycled materials to ensure your plants are well protected during shipping.
  • Plants in Pots : If you have ordered plants in pots, they will be carefully secured to minimize movement and prevent damage.
  • Protective Materials : We add extra protection like padding and air cushions to ensure your plants arrive safely and undamaged.

Our packaging is designed with the environment in mind, and we use recycled materials wherever possible to minimize ecological impact.


Delivery and Tracking

After placing your order, we will keep you informed about the progress of your delivery:

  1. Confirmation email : Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order and an expected delivery date.

  2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via our shipping partner's website. This way you will know exactly when your order will arrive!

  3. Shipping Partners : We work with reliable delivery services such as DPD, PostNL and DHL, so you can be sure that your order will arrive on time and safely.


Delivery Times and Delays

We do our utmost to deliver your plants as soon as possible. In most cases, your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days for standard shipping and within 1-2 business days for expedited shipping. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays or special offers, delivery times may be slightly longer.

  • Saturday Delivery : Our delivery services usually deliver on working days, but in some cases they can also deliver on Saturdays.
  • Delays : Although we will ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible, unforeseen delays may occur beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or busy delivery services. In such cases, we will inform you of the new delivery date.

Where do we deliver?

We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium . We hope to expand our delivery area in the future. You can fill in your address at checkout to see if we can ship to your location.


What if I am not at home when the delivery takes place?

If you are not at home when the delivery service attempts to deliver your package, there are a number of options:

  1. Pick up at a collection point : If you are not at home, your package will often be taken to a collection point nearby. You will receive a message with the location of the collection point and the times when you can pick up the package.
  2. Second Delivery Attempt : Some delivery services will make a second attempt to deliver your package at a different time. You will receive a message with the new delivery date.
  3. Delivery to a Neighbor : In some cases, the delivery person can deliver your package to a neighbor. This depends on the delivery service and your location.

My Order is Damaged, What Now?

At BotanicBridge we take care of careful packaging to prevent damage, but in case your order has arrived damaged, you can always contact us. We find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase, so we always offer a solution:

  1. Contact Us : Send an email to info @botanicbridge .nl
  2. Photos of the Damage : In order to help you quickly, we request that you send photos of the damaged plant(s) and packaging.
  3. Solutions : Depending on the situation, we can offer a replacement product, make a refund or propose another solution.

  1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days for standard shipping

  2. Do you also deliver to other countries?
    Currently we only deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. We hope to deliver internationally in the future.

  3. Can I choose the delivery day?
    This depends on which carrier delivers your package, but you will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery.

  4. What should I do if my plants are damaged?
    Please contact our customer service with photos of the damage and we will provide a solution.
