Appearance of the plant:
- Araucaria Heterophylla, also known as Norfolk Pine, has a striking pyramidal growth with soft, needle-like leaves that are light green in color. These leaves are arranged symmetrically along horizontal branches, giving the plant an airy and elegant appearance.
- The plant retains its colour all year round and has a dense, compact structure that grows in layers.
- The Araucaria Heterophylla prefers a light spot, but no direct sunlight. Indoors it thrives in a space with bright, indirect light, such as a living room or office.
- It can also be placed outside during the warm months, in a sheltered spot without direct sunlight.
- This plant likes an evenly moist soil, but make sure that excess water can drain away. Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly between waterings.
- In winter the plant needs less water, but the soil should never dry out completely.
